Mload - no. of records in ET table

Hi Experts,
If the number of records in the ET table is greater than the errorlimit specified in the Multiload script, the Multiload job will fail and retains the auxiliary tables.  

If the no. of records in ET <= errorlimit specified (say ET has 2 rows and errorlimit=5 rows, will the multiload runs to success?  If it runs to success, will it retain the ET and UV table (has some rows) for further investigation?
