TTU Client install on Linux as non-root user and relocatable

Hi, I need to install the TTU software on Linux in a non-standard location which I can pass in to the RPM package using --prefix. I will need to have multiple versions of TTU for testing. I don't want to install the software into the root file system. I need the ability to install without being the root user because we don't get that access level on any server.
Is TTU available in a way that it will install according to my needs? I need TTU 13 and 14.
