TTU programs fail to open

Hello everyone,
 
I've been spending quite a few days trying to solve this problem. Recently all my load unload tools stopped working. When I try to open fastload it gives me a fastload.exe application error. "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)". The same happens when I try to run fastload scripts through python. This used to work before. I did have to install 32bit python recently to connect to an Oracle database, but nothing else changed as far as I know (my system is 64bit windows 7). I've tried reinstalling the TTU tools but it doesnt seem to fix the problem.
