64-bit TPT Tools versus 32-bit TPT Tools

Hello everyone,
 
In installing TPT v14, I noticed that there appeared to be a 32-bit version and a 64-bit version of the utilities.  I was wondering if there were any pros or cons of using one version versus the other (we operate in a 64-bit Windows OS). 
If it helps, we generally are using the Stream, Load, DDL, and DataConnector operators.
