Which utilities to choose when compared to TPT

Hello All,
On what basis does should a developer opt for TPT when compared to the other utilities
From the following which is the best to use in which situation:
TPT LOAD vs FASTLOAD
TPT EXPORT vs FASTLOAD
TPT UPDATE vs MLOAD
TPT STREAM vs TPUMP.
 
What i would like to understanding is, For Example what is the use of opting TPT load when we have FASTLOAD utility. In which scenario's TPT should be considered compared to the other utilities.
