TPT OLE DB and TPT moving to version 15

I uninstalled all old versions and installed the 15 Client tools.  I installed this: OLE DB Provider for Teradata and I can no longer find the OLE DB wizzard.  When I try to open my amj files, there is no program. 
I also installed all the client tools from td-ttu-15.00_for_Windows.  When I run the scripts from the TPT wizard, I am unable to see the logs, I get this error:  Logger API attache:  The log file cannot be read(eg:  no read permission or corrupted files)  I am an admin on the box.
