TDSQLA 14.10 - Cut & Paste Issue

Hello,
I can no longer call myself a newbie (2 year anniversary with my job), but I am still green on some issues.
I searched this site - as well as the Internet - and could not find an answer.
Since we upgraded to SQLA 14.10 the cut/copy & paste feature has issues. We used to be able to press CRTL+V and continue typing afterwards. Now the pasted text remains highlighted. When we continuing typing we replace what we just pasted with our typed text. While the work around is simple - press the Right Arrow key to move the cursor to the end of the pasted text - this is not the way MS Office (and most applications) work.
Any direction is appreciated.
