LOAD utilities in PROC

Hi  I am new to Teradata. My requirement is to load data from file into a Global temp table and use the data of global temp table to produce some results through a TERDATA stored proc.
If we need to use the data of the GTT the stored procedure and GTT data load should be in a same session. SO i am looking for a way to use some load utility inside a stored procedure..
Please help.
